DONOR-ADVISED FUNDS
Donor-Advised Funds (DAF) are a tax-efficient way to manage charitable donations.
Donor-Advised Funds allow donors to make a charitable contribution, receive an immediate tax deduction and then recommend grants from the fund over time.
Grants made to the Social Justice Film Institute through Donor-Advised Funds can be designated in one of two ways:
Make a gift of unrestricted funding to be used where the need is the greatest.
To use for a specific social justice area that matches the donors' interests, such as education reform, environmental justice, or health care rights.
